We're happy to offer FREE economy shipping on all orders within the United States!

No minimum purchase is required, and there are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Processing & Production Times

At Praise Theory, our products are made especially for you!

Because our items are made to order, production begins after your purchase is submitted for fulfillment.

Most orders are prepared within approximately 2–7 business days, although production times may vary depending on the product, availability, and order volume.

Please remember that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped directly to your provided address.

Our economy shipping option generally takes approximately 5–8 business days after shipment.

Including production and shipping, please allow approximately 7–15 business days for delivery under typical conditions.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather, carrier delays, or unexpected production issues may occasionally affect delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking details after your package has shipped.

Multiple Items & Packages

Because our products are made to order, some items may be produced and shipped separately.

If you order multiple products, they may arrive in different packages or on different days.

Don't worry—there is no additional standard shipping charge for these separate shipments within the United States.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order!

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, appears lost, or experiences a significant delay, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

For damaged items, please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or change. We will do our best to assist, but cancellations and modifications cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
